How do I get a magic link?

After sending a signal, you receive an email with a link. Click it to sign in to your portal.

What if I don't have a request yet?

Use 'Login to your dashboard' and enter your email. If we have no signal for that email, you'll be guided to send one first.

When can I request an invoice?

After the session is done and you've submitted a short reflection in your portal.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes. Either party can cancel or reschedule before the session. No penalties.

What if I don't request an invoice?

Nothing else happens. No reminders about money. No awkwardness.
