Privacy
Person.solutions helps you send a request (“signal”), manage scheduling, and reflect after a session.
Confidentiality & Non-appropriation
Person stores minimal data: request content, contact details, and portal access. Confidentiality is the default. Nothing is published without your explicit consent. Publishing and testimonials are opt-in only. You can request deletion at any time. For teams: NDA is available on request.
What Person collects
- Contact data: email (required), phone (optional), name (optional)
- Request content: what you share in the intake form (context, desired outcome, location)
- Portal access: secure tokens/sessions so you can view your requests without a password
- Operational logs: minimal technical logs to keep the service working
Why Person collects it
- To deliver your request to the consultant
- To schedule and confirm a meeting
- To give you access to your private portal
- To invite reflection and (optionally) support invoice requests
What Person doesn't do
- No advertising trackers
- No selling data
- No sharing your data with third parties for marketing or advertising
- No marketing lists by default
Who sees your data
The consultant (Person) and the system admin. Person does not share your data with third parties except:
- Email delivery (SMTP) to send you messages you requested
- Infrastructure providers needed to host the app and database
- Contact-form submissions are screened by an automated spam filter (AWS Bedrock, Frankfurt/EU region). The model never trains on your input and the data never leaves the EU. Only metadata about the verdict (spam yes/no, confidence, one-sentence reasoning) is stored alongside the submission.
How long Person keeps it
Requests and portal access are kept as long as needed for the relationship. You can ask for deletion at any time.
Testimonials
Testimonials are never public without explicit consent.
